Downtown Fort Myers, Phase One of Four Riverfront Development Completed!

Finally after much talk, and Government planning, phase one of four has been completed on time and all paid for by private investors.

What does this mean to property owners? No taxes needs to be raised to pay for it.

What does this mean for home value?  Future appreciation, especially as the completion of the other phases are finish.

What does this mean for the area? More jobs, greater entertainment  decisions, those lucky enough to have a park boat on their home, can boat in, park it, enjoy the area, than boat back. More eatery, stores to shop, theaters, art festivities, art studios, music festivities, community events and place to gather in celebrations and more.

How would you get around? Park your car, and use the two free trolley that moves around the area and will circulate through the city center, completing a loop every 15 minutes

Just another place for resident of Lee Country, and vacationers to come to, enjoy, and  what better ways to bring in revenue to the City and keep property taxes low.

Who is the area made for? All ages, young and old..
